Living in Guyton
Guyton is a historic small town in Effingham County, north-west of Savannah. Homesites here run larger and the pace is slower, with quick routes to I-16, Rincon, Pooler and the rest of the Savannah metro.
Horizon builds in two Guyton communities: Buckingham Plantation, where Phase IIC is now selling, and Alexander Farms, with homesites over half an acre.
